Booking Details:

I take bookings for classes within one hour drive of Pittsburgh, PA. 50% of the cost of all classes or consults is due within one week of the booking date by check, cash, or Paypal. The final amount is due the day of the lesson or consult. A full refund is available for cancellations up to 48 hours in advance. Partial refunds may be possible after, but are not guaranteed.

All classes, with very few exceptions, take place at the home of a student. I will do my best to work within the space provided but may ask for pictures in advance and ask that as a courtesy the kitchen we use be clean and appropriately sized for the number of people expected. If your home is more than 45 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh a small surcharge may apply.

Please let me know as early as possible if one of the students has any allergies so I can change my lesson plan to accommodate them. Please also note that cooking can be dangerous and while I will do everything I can to mitigate any danger, working in close proximity to knives and fire can result in injuries, and you enter into this activity at your own risk.
